About the Author

Jolade Osuntubo - pronounced "Jo-laa-de"
Jolade Osuntubo is not a mental health expert, a clinician, or a theologian. She is a woman who was once bound by anxiety and has since discovered that truth, when it takes root in the soul, changes everything. The Outcome Is Secured is the testimony of that journey.
Curious by nature and reflective from childhood, Jolade has always asked big questions about life, people, and God. That curiosity led her to read voraciously, collect Bible translations long before YouVersion made it convenient, and wrestle honestly with faith rather than simply inherit it. It is the same curiosity that eventually led her here, to these seven truths, and to the freedom she now walks in.
Professionally, Jolade is a strategist, visibility architect, and implementation partner who helps people move from concept to completion and into visibility. She is the founder of Celestina Socials and Concept 2 Completion Co., two ventures built around a simple belief: great ideas deserve more than inspiration. They deserve execution and visibility.
Celestina Socials is a social media management service for professionals and leaders who know visibility matters but struggle to show up consistently. Through Concept 2 Completion Co., she partners with visionary leaders, organizations, and founders to transform ideas into executed realities through strategy, project leadership, systems thinking, and implementation support.
Her work sits at the intersection of clarity and action. She has a particular gift for seeing what others cannot yet see, identifying gaps, connecting dots, mapping journeys, and asking the questions that uncover not only what someone does, but why it matters and what becomes possible because of it. Since 2020, she has worked with entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations across multiple industries around the world, helping to close the distance between what they carry inside them and what the world actually gets to see. Her strength is not only asking the question that unlocks everything, but picturing the whole journey, designing the system, and staying until it is done.
Whether she is building a brand, designing a strategy, leading a project, or helping someone find language for a vision they have carried for years, her goal is the same: helping ideas become tangible, visible, and real.
Home is layered for her. She lives in Calgary, Alberta, where she continues to build her life and work. Nigeria gave her her roots. Edinburgh captured her heart. Each place has shaped the woman she is becoming.
Off the clock, she is a lover of good conversation, soulful meals where dietary needs have been considered, long restorative sleep, and music with a beat worth moving to. If she is dressed up and the music is right, standing still is rarely an option.
She loves discovering new places, learning new things, and getting to know the stories people carry. Travel, however, remains a complicated relationship. She is endlessly curious about the world but not particularly fond of long drives and flights, and is learning to accept that adventure and motion sickness can, unfortunately, coexist.
She loves to sing, mostly in the shower these days.
She treasures solitude and has learned that being alone is not the same as being lonely. It is where she refuels, reflects, prays, and returns to herself.
She is still on the journey. Still learning. Still trusting. Still discovering. Still becoming.
By God's providence, she is also the creator of the Prayer & Reflection Journal, born out of obedience, honest prayers, and the quietest parts of her soul learning to slow down and listen. It is a companion for those, like her, seeking to slow down, listen deeply, and make room for honest conversations with God.
The Outcome Is Secured, her Ebenezer, was born from a season of confusion, pain, isolation, wrestling, healing, and healing, and from ultimately discovering the freedom that truth from God's Word brings.
She shares this experience not because she has arrived, but because testimonies are meant to encourage faith. Her hope is that these pages remind readers they are not alone, that God's truth is still transformative, and that He is often working long before we can see the outcome.
The God of the Bible can be trusted. His Word does not need to be dressed up to be believable.
When He speaks, it is enough.
You may not see the end from where you are standing, but the outcome is already secured in your favour.
